Jeff Keller III was completely unprofessional. He lied, withheld information and emails, didn't turn in paperwork in a timely fashion which cost me my $500 earnest payment, and then proceeded to try to lie in court to make me look bad when I went after him. Luckily, HUD found him at fault and returned my money to me directly, the day before
Our court date, and though he may have had the judge in his back pocket, he couldn't pay off the real estate commission. They fined him and ordered him to take an ethics class or suspend his license. They actually held him accountable for his unprofessional behavior, with the exact same evidence the judge said I didn't have enough of, go figure.
