Giant Food / Giant of Maryland review: Rude employees

you employees in Jonestown Giant store here in Harrisburg PA are rude the casher just said I cannot help you at all for electronic coupon and told me go to the the customer service and name Julia push me to other way not willing to help and when I mention that I work in United Airline check-in ticket counter and my job is to help my customer in any circumstances as my job responsibility what ever needed for our customers, and Julia your telling you can only help me time one more no more next time! we don't use that kind words to our customers its our jobs to help them all the time. . .They should be train to know how to help customers to do that!
