My girlfriend and I use the Giant Food store in Glen Burnie, Maryland nearly every day. We purchase a lot of meats and cheeses from the deli. Problems started to arise when a male worker, Tracy, refused to let my girlfriend see the slice of cheese to ensure it was being cut right. This upset my girlfriend to the point that she simply left and contacted a manager, who, in turn, went and cut the requested cheese herself and gave it to my girlfriend free of charge. Next, a woman deli worker, name unknown (might be of Russian descent) refused to cut our cheese thinner than the first cut. Again, the deli manager, Brandon, stepped in and fulfilled our order as requested. Ever since, this woman refuses to take our order and cut the products we ask for. Just recently, I was going to the deli for some cheese and the woman saw me coming and asked Tracy to tend to my order. Well! I was telling him how I wanted it cut and packaged and he blew me off saying that he knew how to do it. He got the order wrong and I was upset. I asked for plastic so that I could take the product home and package it myself, which he did. While leaving, I encountered the deli manager, Nicole, and expressed my concerns about the workers, Tracy on this date. She took the product from me and proceeded to package it the way I wanted. I spoke with Brandon while waiting. My girlfriend and I will never go back to either of these workers to get deli products from. They both are an insult to the store and the customer. They need to be replaced!
Desired outcome: Removal of stated employees
