Appuntamento in piazza Bovio Napoli ore 13.10 dove dovevano prelevarci per tour di Ercolano con guida in italiano. Alle 13.30 non si era presentato nessuno quindi abbiamo cominciato a telefonare al fornitore dell'attività. Dopo svariati tentativi ci hanno detto che il "disguido" era dovuto alla rottura di un mezzo, e che avrebbero mandato una macchina. Prima doveva arrivare un autista poi ne è arrivato un altro. Siamo arrivati ad Ercolano alle 14.45. Ci hanno fatto entrare dicendoci di cercare la guida Ferdinando ... il tour era iniziato già da 45 minuti. Abbiamo finalmente trovato la guida che però svolgeva la visita in inglese e non si aspettava l'aggiunta di due italiani, quindi ha cercato di rimediare il meglio possibile a discapito nostro naturalmente. Io capisco qualcosa in inglese e garantisco che le informazioni fornite ai turisti inglesi erano molto più esaustive di quelle date a noi. Questo tour come ben sapete è costato 178 euro, pertanto desideriamo un rimborso visto il pessimo servizio ricevuto. Ci siamo sempre rivolti a voi per i ns tour e mai abbiamo avuto un servizio così.
