I knew right away that I wanted to take it to Gettel *** for the repairs because I trusted them to do a good job. My advisor, ***, told me that the earliest I could schedule my car for repairs was on 6.27.22! I was pretty disappointed that it would take them three whole months to get to it. The collision center had my car for five weeks and got paid $7,000 by the other party's insurance company. Since then, I've had to bring my car back to their center four more times, and it's been there for almost two months in total. They keep giving me the runaround and won't let me talk to the *** of the center, only my service advisor and the manager. So, I decided to email the , but he still hasn't gotten back to me. Can you believe they still have my car? It's been almost three weeks this time, and they still can't figure out what's wrong with it. I have the My *** app on my phone, so I can see if they've been driving my car or not. They've even admitted that they haven't really taken the time to work on it.
