21st Century Auto Group Bait and switch

They advertised a 2022 gls for $55,921 vin#4jgff5ke7na580603 sales made an appointment to come in and see car, said it was in showroom and could take a drive. (have this on text) got there and right away salesman starts talking about a different car that was $6000 more. i again asked about the 1st car and he said it was in shop having work done. i confronted him and told him the car fax on there website says no accidents or issues, yet on car gurus site the car fax says it had an accident. how are two car faxes different ? he then told me the car was in an accidents and has about $10,000 in repairs needed. they did not disclose this when i made an apointment or on there website,they just wanted to get me in the door and sell me a more exspensive car. bait and switch just like the 190 bait and switch complaints on the internet. this will be goint to the bbb as well as the attorney general. stay away from this place!

21st Century Auto Group Absolute bait & switch & lies

Spotted two specific vehicles on two different websites including their own. called ahead about two hours and was told by "French the salesman that these two vehicles were available. Got there and was seen by French after waiting more than and hour to see him. Found him in the break room in the back relaxing as I was waiting, he noticed then jumped up to help me.

Asked what vehicle I saw, specifically told him what year and model of two of the same. walked the whole place trwice again with him now, amazingly couldn't find either one.

French then went to his boss to find this vehicle, just to be told that they both were sold and that they will help me find some other vehicle. Showe me a beat up version of an older they would sell me for the same price. Told them no and that this was disappointing that they couldn't have told me that over the phone. After leaving, I then realized that this is not a dealership with any service, all they do is find people that don't know what they are doing and take advantage of them.

I have bought a bunch of cars from Ray Cantena where it is a pleasure to deal with and purchase.

Even though I did not get taken advantage, I wish to let as many people know and also go to the states website to make them aware of false advertising!

I called this Auto company asking for a specific car with vin number, which I saw on their website. They told me it is available. I went there in 15 minutes of my phone call. The manager said it is sold. Got out of the dealership and called again. They said the car is available!

I just purchased a car from there. When I got home, the car that I purchased was listed on the website for a thousand dollars less than what i purchased it for. When I initially went there, I had about 8 cars that I saw online. When I got there they told me they were no longer available. They showed me to the car that i ended up buying. When I asked why it wasn't on the website, they said they just got it that day. As soon as I left the dealership with my new car, I went onto their website and saw it listed as a "new addition" i immediately called and they refused to speak to me. I AM SOO FRUSTRATED!
