Zacs Auto Sales

I bought 2 cars from George at Zacs Auto Sales LLC in the past year. The first car I got had a really rusty frame and it actually fell off the car after I finished paying for it. So, I made the mistake of buying another car from them. But here's the thing, I never got a copy of my contract, only a bill of sale. Then, the whole COVID thing happened and I lost my job, just like many others. I told George that once I got my unemployment money, I would pay off the remaining 3 payments. It's November now and I still haven't received it. But in August, I started making weekly payments anyway. I asked George for a copy of my payment history and contract because, based on my own records and bank statements, it seemed like I had finally paid off the car. But George never gave me the documents and kept asking for more payments. Then, on October 30th, he asked for another payment. I told him I wouldn't pay until I got my contract and payment history. But guess what? He went ahead and took $590 from my account without my permission. He even told my bank, Huntington, that he had permission to take the money. Why would I let him take almost $600 from my account for a car that's already paid off? Even if there was still some balance, I would have paid it if he had given me the paperwork I asked for months ago. Now, because of George's unauthorized charge, I'm in debt with my bank for $900 and it keeps growing. And to make matters worse, George won't answer any of my calls, emails, or texts. At this point, I just want my contract, payment history, and the title, whether the car is already paid off or not.
