My supervisor (Mariana Alvarado) gave me an ultimatum for 45 days to catch up with a SAP/ECTR; Engineering documentation program that normally would take 1 year to learn. I was the only one in the engineering group to received the ultimatum. I was terminated after coming back from family leave.
My supervisor never gave the 6 months review that interroll gives to the employees but instead, gave me an ultimatum. I was fired the following day after coming back from 2 weeks family leave.

Please help me! Please! I have received a bill from the GA DOL for "overpayment" for 2020 PUA payments. And I have received no 2021 PUA payments. Apparently, my account must have been flagged as a fraudulent account. However, as I have stated in SEVERAL correspondences with the GA DOL, I am not a fraud.

As a gig worker who was not able to work during the Pandemic, I have a legitimate claim to Pandemic Unemployment Assistance for both 2020 and for 2021 (again, I have received no 2021 payments). I have on MULTIPLE occasions supplied the GA DOL with all of the documentation needed to prove my eligibility. The GA DOL has access to all of my prior tax filings for the 29 years that I have lived in Georgia, the last 8 of which I have owned my chauffeur business: McAree LLC. I have no idea why the GA DOL has flagged my account as illegitimate.

I need this PUA money to pay my bills and support my family.

Please! Please! Can someone please clear this up? I have tried in vain for months to reach someone at the GA DOL to help me. Please call me at [protected]. There must be a simple solution to this problem - first of all to legitimize my 2020 account, and also for me to get the 2021 payments that I am entitled to under Federal Law.

No response in ocer a year. They mixed other people with my social. Last payment before 1st end they paid unemployment instead of PUA. PUA was extended until the end of June but nothing has been seen since mid December 2021. Need help with a clas action lawsuit. I even know of people that collected $18, 000 of pay/backpay in 3 weeks and I can't help GDOL because they won't respond. Well they'll let you know taxes are due whether or not your company is on it's knees from the pandemic.

I am a single mother of 5 that was approved 3 different times. It keeps starting over without me making another claim. Why would I start over if I was approved. My youngest has a heart problem and my 13 year ols has a scheduled MRI looking to see if there is a brain tumor. My 12 year old has COVID. I am about to loose my home in 2 weeks and be in a shelter if Ga dept of Labor doesnt fix this issie. Please for my kids. I attached my approval letter that I got at the beginning of April. I lost my job due to COVID. Please help.

I was interviewed today in regard to my case and the interviewer didn't want to listen to anything I had to say or document anything. I was told that they only look at the facts and not the "he said, she said". That is completely false b/c the case review is based on what they say happened and what I say happened. I am walking into this with no assistance from the interviewer. They said I was let go for absenteeism, but there were no verbal warnings signed and no write-ups for violation. I was not advised on attendance policy nor was I given a handbook in regard to anything job-related. I want a fair consideration on this and don't believe that I am going to get it based on the actions of my interviewer today. The company violated EEOC policy for discrimination, favoritism, disability, and age She did not want to even listen to what I had to say about that.

Terrie Knight got injured on the job on 11th of July 2021. She went to hospital on Monday the 12th. It was determined that she had a broken wrist and bone to the right hand and ring finger. She filed an injury report with the company. She saw a specialist concerning her injury. She has now been determined that she can return to work. However every time she calls since she found out that she can return to work, they tell her there's no work at all, even though the have a full motel and all her coworkers are working everyday since she came off the injury status. She needs to go back to work, but they keep telling her that there's nothing. They have not given her any type of reason for her not to work. And that includes either being fired, or laid off, or terminated for any reason. The motel is owned by a mother and son from India. The own the Days Inn and Deluxe Inn here in Swainsboro, GA. I have been dealing with the start over of my unemployment since March. It kept resetting after I was approved 3 times. I am a single mother of 5. I lost my job due to Covid. I have not received my unemployment since March. I have a one year old with a heart problem and a 13 year old scheduled for an MRI to see if she has brain tumors. I am being kicked out of my home in two weeks if GDOL can not get this problem resolved. I have tried everything I can to get help and no one will even return my call.

I filed a claim in April 2021, and the claim was processed on June 1, 2021. It is now August 19th, and I have YET to receive a penny. I have literally been claiming for 16 weeks, and have not received ANYTHING! GDOL is very inconsiderate, and every Representative tells you the exact same thing ("We're just waiting on a claims adjuster to go in and make a final decision.") Are they working AT ALL? Bills are due and piling, even though we know they don't care. How much longer will this take? This is truly ridiculous.

I have tried numerous times via email/phone to get in touch with someone regarding my unemployment. I have verified my identity, processed my UI claim, submitted weekly work search, submitted weekly claim benefits and still nothing. There is nothing on my claim that states you need more information. This is rediculous. Does anyone work at this GA Dept of Labor? Please resolve my complaint!

I have not received unemployments payments since April 13, 2021. I've submitted weekly unemployment claims from March 2021 to present day. I've been unable to get answers back to my inquiries of why my unemployment claims are not being paid. I've attempted many times to make contact by visiting the local (closed) office, attempted phone calls, sent email messages, and submitted online inquiries but to no avail. I am currently unemployed, financially struggling, and need immediate assistance. Please help!

No longer getting payments since submitting job search. I have confirmation numbers for the weeks I submitted the searches. However I have not received a deposit since June 30. Can someone tell me what the holdup is ? Do II need to do something else?

Date Filed 6/7/2021, Confirmation # 7450438. It has been going on three months since I started my unemployment insurance claim. There has been no updates. Every time I call the number is busy, and when I finally got threw I was on hold for over a hour and a half only to be told that they did not know when my claim will be processed. I have left messages for the local Georgia DOL unemployment insurance department for over two months with no call back. Can I get my claim processed expeditiously please? Thank you for your concern in this matter.

I did everything the Georgia Department of Labor requires to receive the unemployment benefits both of federal and state, I received the redetermination letter granting me $285 state and $300 federal, I've waited since November, and still nothing . I have tried to have someone call me back and no one is available . I have emailed commissioner a hundred times, I have tried to set up a appointment which is impossible and totally not professional at all . I hope this is not the standard of our state very long, because the Ga department of labor is a poor mistake to represent any department of government, and shows just where we are as a government period, definitely over rated if it even exist, I'm hoping this department does not show the same results, because it would make me question as to if the government we portray even exist, please show me different, all I'm asking is simply for a employee of ga department of labor to contact go card and load my unemployment benefits including back pay onto my go card this should not take a year the money has already been given to give to me what is the deal ? No matter what I did or how long I tried I could not upload the last three pages of my tax returns, Sat there for hours trying to get them to go through and they would not go through, however four pages did go through. Tried many times, all unsuccessful. Tried it from different computers on different days still to the same outcome. Did not understand what the problem was, so don't know exactly what to do from this point on.

I was fired from job on June 10, I immediately filed for unemployment, I did receive a call back on a Sunday from a woman who knew absolutely nothing, she stated she was going to find out some information for me and call back and up until now 4 weeks later still no call back. I have been filing claims weekly and still have not received a notice in the mail or any payments. I am so confused about this and I see everyone is complaining about the same thing and nothing is being done. I was the main source of income in my household my husband is totally disabled, we cannot afford to be homeless. So I am asking for my payments ASAP!

I have reached out to the department of Labor multiple times every day for the last month I have sent emails I have left messages I have left chats I have had no response nobody has communicated or contacted me from the Georgia department of Labor I insist and I am requiring that someone gives me a call back I should not have to keep calling back every morning waking up at 6:00 every morning trying to get in touch with somebody and all I get is a busy signal or the automated system hangs up or no response at all please have someone to give me a call back at [protected] I don't work for nothing I have enough wages to claim my unemployment I filed my unemployment claim they're saying that I don't have enough wages for the quarterly amount that is a lie I have work since March 28th I have made way over enough for me to be able to claim my unemployment I would suggest that someone please give me a call back at the earliest convenience I should not have to be stressed out and struggling about money that I worked hard for.

To date, I have done everything required to receive these benefits, yet I have received nothing. Unemployment benefits are supposed help unemployed workers during their job search, yet the Georgia Department of Labor's incompetence is causing a great hardship for me, as well as I am sure others in the same predicament. These benefits need to be paid promptly to eligible recipients, and not doing this is disgraceful and dishonest.

I have been waiting 6 weeks now for someone to return a voicemail or a email about my unemployment this is just ridiculous I'm now about to loose my apartment all because I get NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK FROM ANYONE FROM THE GEORGIA DOL. I already had unemployment for about six months and all of a sudden I had to verify my identity I did that and it restarted my whole claim. I've been on hold for over 2 hours now . This is beyond ridiculous

I found a claim with the Georgia department of Labor Interstate unit and my claim status is telling me that I do not have enough funds to file a claim. I have worked for my company since March and I was paid $200 a day for 7 days a week and I worked over 84 hours I know that I have enough money in my account to be able to file my unemployment because this is not the first time that I've worked with this company the company is also contracted I have been trying to call the interstate unit for 3 weeks now I have been filing ing my weekly pay and I have had no response it is urgent that I speak with somebody urgently at [protected] or you can reach me at [protected].

filed unemployment online. got my letter of determination. got a georgia way2go prepaid mastercard. My status says pending due to determination of eligibility. The main reason I am also concerned is my coworker filed at the same time I did and she has been getting her unemployment benefits for a month now and I have gotten nothing?
