General Mills review: Lucky charms s'mores

My granddaughter (who is 13, your consumer) bought your Lucky Charms S'mores for $7.19, excluding tax. While this is very expensive, she wanted to try it for the s'mores ingredients.

To her utter dismay there were NO marshmallows (candied or otherwise) in the cereal. They are clearly pictured on the box, and we couldn't find anywhere it says the marshmallows were not included. The picture on the box clearly shows marshmallows and is a clear representation of false advertising. Perhaps this is a production error and has been corrected. If not, please either state on the box actual marshmallows are not included or be sure they are.

We would appreciate reimbursement of $7.19 for the box. A picture of the bagged cereal, box and receipt are attached. We do not want a coupon to buy another one. We will be buying a different brand.

Please respond so that I can show her large companies read and understand how important consumers are, regardless of age.
