The beginning of October, my husband purchase a 10.5 oz. of Lucky Charms. It is a snack. Started to eat it, burned his mouth as if put chili pepper was in it.

Just want the quality control to know this and my husband will probably not purchase Lucky Charms again. They weren't "magically delicious" to him.

I was eating the above Chex Mix and something extremely hard was in the bag and it chipped the back of my tooth. It was a very hard substance and I took a picture of the bag so you could perhaps determine what this could be. You should definitely take action as this is not good to have something like that in the bag as I chipped my tooth but someone else could perhaps have the entire tooth fall out. I wish that when making these items you carefully review as this should not happen again. I would be very hesitant to purchase this item again. Hope to hear back from you. Again this is absolutely terrible.

I just purchased this box today from HEB! There are NO lucky charms in my giant size box of Lucky Charms. Very disappointed! With grocery prices rising daily, I’d like what I pay for please. I have gone to every grocery store in Paris, Texas and Bonham, Texas, and a few in Dallas, Texas, and cannot find chocolate cheerios. Why is that? I have been eating chocolate cheerios because I can taste them (my chemo for cancer has damaged my taste buds and there are few things I can eat that tastes ok). Please let me know what is going on with chocolate cheerios. Thanks.

I have been buying Nature Valley Granola Bars for countless years, and they were always tasty and crunchy. I noticed within the last year there has been a wrapper change. These new wrappers are not only impossible to open without crushing the bars inside, and the bars al always stale. The last box of bars that I bought have an expiration date of 12 Apr 2023, and they are already stale ans unfit to eat.

You had a great product, but not anymore.

I am trying to figure out why even on the website the product information is unavailable. I was looking to see if I could find what stores sell this product as the only 2 stores I know of that sold it have been out for at least 6 months. I even sent a message and got a generic response of we are working on trying to get the products available. Thanks for the none answer as to why the product has not been available for a long time and why even on the website there is no information about it.

Bought 2 boxes from walmart and neither box has honey or honey clusters. On 07/02/22 in thomasville nc. Ref. No. [protected]. Can not send pics. Because I dont know how. Been eating it for years and first time this has happenened. I can go on social media and see if anyone else has had same problem

I found a big plastic piece in the bag of Chex Mix. Guessing it fell off the machinery. Bag was bought in Arden Hills, MN on 6-12-22 at a Holiday gas station. Picture of the plastic piece and the identification of the specific bag is included.

I see on the Gender Cool Project website that General Mills is a supporter of this organization which promotes gender transition of young children. I am utterly disgusted with any support of such child abuse. How can you do this?

I am spreading the word to family and friends as General Mills has been a long time supporter of various sexual dysfunctionalities for years now.

You should stick to your business instead of alienating more than half of the population with your misguided opinions.

There was some bad cereal in my box of cookie crisps that made them uneatable and they had to be thrown out. I was not satisfied. Example attached.

on 5/12/2022 I brought a bag of ranch bugles and they were plain. The price was 2.99 it was a 3oz bag. The serial number is [protected]. Expiration date is 19 OCT 2022. The numbers/letters under the expiration is MG 1105 40.

On the evening of 5/6/2022 I opened and heated a can of Progresso Vegetarian Vegetable soup. As I was eating the soup I noticed a large, sharp plasticky piece in my mouth, and after spitting it out and examination I confirmed it to be animal matter, almost certainly the thoracic vertebrae and rib segments from a rodent most likely a rat. I am a veterinary surgical specialist and feel confident in that conclusion. Photos attached.

Needless to say that can of soup was discarded as well as over 20 cans of Progresso soup we had in the cupboard.

The can of soup has a SKU of [protected] and an expiration date of July 2022. I have retained the can if needed. I would like to report this the appropriate federal agency and I'll also be sharing this experience with the local news station. Hopefully they will air story so that others can know the filthy conditions existing in Progresso factories.

I purchased a box of lucky charms in March of 2022. My 8 year daughter would eat the cereal on weekends. For 3 weekends in a row within an hr of eating that cereal she would get a stomach ache, nausea, green diarrhea, and horrible smelling vomit. After discontinuing this cereal she had no more issues and hasn't been sick since. She is afraid to eat any cereal now that contain marshmallows, especially lucky charms since she was the one that brought it to my attention that it was the cereal making her sick.

I bought a box of Lucky Charms from the Dollar General that's close to my house in Hattiesburg, MS (not sure what store number), and when I got home and opened them, there was an opening in the inner packaging (the bag). The missing piece of the bag was glued to the cardboard tab opening. This had to have happened in manufacturing - the glue for the tab must have gotten stuck to the bag. I thought at first that maybe it only breached the inner packaging when I opened the tab, but the cereal is stale so it had to have happened much earlier somewhere along the production/distribution line.

I purchased a box of Wheat Chex on 11/8/2021 at Grocery Outlet, Store #0083 in McMinnville, OR. UPC is [protected]. Use by date is 22JAN2022. Manufacture number is CI101115. Price was $2.99.

This morning, I was eating the last serving of Wheat Chex from the box and felt something in my mouth. When I took it out, it looked like one of the little spikes on the end of the wheat kernel.

I am concerned that if I swallowed it, it may have become lodged somewhere in my throat or digestive system.

My name is Dabney Lewis. I assume someone must have said something by now but the problem of these "OVERSIZE BOXES" and it is getting worse.

You increased the height of your Cheerios BOX causing us to have to haise the shelf above making it harder to put things on the top shelf. Plus the taller boxes collapse easier in the middle when you pick them up.

I went to the store the other day to get Cheerieos and the only boxes left on the shelf were DOUBLE-WIDE Boxes. All the useable size boxes were gone meaning I had to buy a store-brand box which I try not to do. The Double Wide boxes are harder to use and take up the space of two boxes. It really looks like this is some girl's idea to crowd out a competitor. NOT GOOD.

This is all the info. I see. My husband eats this stuff like peanuts, me not so much. It is like taste less and he will not eat it, nor I. I don't taste flavor either. I purchased a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, ID on box 21OCT22 CE051502. The pieces of the cereal feel like they are crystallized very hard! I I cut the roof of my mouth on a piece. I threw the box out. Was concerned about breaking a tooth as the pieces were so hard. It was a 16.8 oz box.

I am never one to file complaints but this is unacceptable. I ordered a cereal box of Golden Grahams, they are (were) usually my favorites. I was so excited to open the box and have my bowl of milk and cornflakes, only to find insects in my cereal box! They were in the box but not only the box, they were inside the sealed pack! Some were dead and some were still alive. Check the video! Flying bugs in your sealed pack of cereal box is a lifetime deal breaker! This is unacceptable and disgusting, not to mention irresponsible.
