Geico, you have to do better!
Absolutelywhat appalling customer service!
Recording keeps telling you to access online for quicker support.
Well that’s total BS because I did that & THAT service is unavailable as well, just as is the customer service representative on the phone.
I’m going to be pricing other insurance companies after this !
2 hours and still waiting for someone to answer.
REALLY?

Recommendation: Find another company who actually will give you Customer Service
