When my sound driver updated I lost all sound. I spoke with one GS tech, who then passed it on to another. I spent several hours not only waiting through all the processes but the long gaps in between with no activity. After trying several things the agent suddenly deleted some USB port from my computer and asked me in the chat box if I could hear anything. I could not, but I found I could not use my mouse and could not navigate to the box. Then I saw "yes" entered into the chat box, and "thanks," both in my name (pic attached). He then closed the chat. I did not type those things. I got the computer restarted and got mouse ability back, but it's pretty clear what he did, using my computer and his remote access to falsify a conversation. I spend my entire day off on this and my computer still does not have sound. It also looks like my settings and apps have been manipulated, everything looks different. I am afraid he may have accessed other information, as well.

This is outrageous and seems illegal. I would like to know how you handle this type of misconduct. His screen name is Agent Jayashree Debnath.

Desired outcome: Swift attention to my extremely essential and business-dependent computer needs, and an accounting of this unethical employee.
