[Resolved] GearBubble — unauthorized credit card charges

I purchased a necklace off your site for $39.80 and my account has been charged $39.90 and $297.00. I to this day have not received the item. Please refund my $297.00 and ship out my product and I will not take further action. If I'm not refunded I then must take the appropriate action.
This is the first message I sent to them. We've been back and forth about this and to this day I have not receive the item nor have I been refunded my $297.00 for what I don't know. The necklace was only $39.80. Please help!!! I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
