My husband ordered a necklace dec 15 and when he checks the tracking it still says in process. If u are not going to send the product then please refund us the money. The amount was $34.90 and the person that ordered it was. If the money can not be refunded or the product sent then I will call the better business bureau and let them know what is going on.
