Everyday out for delivery, everyday I do not receive my parcel. Called the hotline, complaint on fb, everyday reply that will liaise will butterworth branch to send my parcel but everyday I do not receive my parcel.
My desirable resolution is to get my parcel by today! 2016-12-23! Asap! If not please buy up my parcel it cost rm400. Can bank in to [protected].
poor delivery services
I submitted a personal courier which was paid by cash RM15.50 from KL to my mom in SP. Mistakenly thinking that this will be delivered the next day. Shockingly the courier did not even bother to honk to notify that there was a delivery and just left a piece of paper on the gate saying delivery failed.
How are your dispatch personnel trained? Are they pro-active enough to go the extra-mile. The serious lack in the manner you serve your customers is seriously astounding.
The courier contained medication for my elderly mom a recovering stroke patient who was waiting in the living area so she wouldn't miss the delivery.
When my sister contacted your call centre, she was told that she would have to pick the courier up herself.
This is really bad service for something you pay so much for.

Ive been talking to one of the customer service on the pickup hotline line this morning. If im not mistaken I was talking to an indian lady and im sorry to tell that she is one of the most rude customer service person ever. Not even a thank you at the end of the call and I hope she burns in hell for raising her voice when I asked why did my package still cost the same for 1 kg and 500 g. I didnt know so it was her responsibility to educate me on this parcel shizz. Ive always loved gdex and one the woman I always spoke to was a philiphines or something and she was very nice. To that indian lady, if u dont have the patience to treat ur customers, eff off.

I have a consignment, a TV to be delivered by GDex services and it was due by 15 July 2015. But the online tracking system of GDex says we were not at home when they tried to deliver the item, while we were there all the time on that date 15 July 2015. Repeated calls to their customer support is not yielding the desired results and after 5 days my item is yet to be delivered. The customer support person whom I reach every time says she will ask the courier agent one Ms. Lila in the courier dept to call me back. But I have not received any calls from her either. And I have no idea if the GDex cheats will deliver my item or not.

I placed an order and Gdex was the delivery partner. My order arrived Tawau but was not delivered to me. My other order which was placed later, has arrived. I am writing this complaint to escalate my parcel delivery. My consignment number is MY43180942188. I have attached the screenshot of my parcel update.

The courier just drop my product at the parcel place while the address was close and also had notice at that shop. The courier also just call me twice and just drop it like that. Now, the parcel was lost. I really hope GDEX will refund my money because i bought that product using my own saving.

My parcel still not delivered... and GDEX stop updating my parcel since 26.09.2018 and my parcel was outbound from PJY station.. Today itself they updated that my parcel inbound to OCU station.. very disappointed.. We sent parcel through GDEX due to fast delivery but normal pos also should have been delivered in this much time.. And yet still your staffs can blame us..
