GDex / GD Express — window blinds
To who it concern, I am writing to discuss a problem concerning a product I courier to my customer. My consignment number is MY30060116107
Because the outside appeared undamaged, our customer opened the box and removed the product from its plastic wrapping. As he was blowing it up, though, he realized that there was a damage to the parts of my product as shown in the picture, which cannot be reused anymore.
I understand that he have removed the item from its packaging, but he did not cause the damage. We hope that you would take it quite seriously and make sure that such thing may not happen again.
We hope that you will considerate upon this complaint and find out the reason for this negligence.
