This is not my 1st time experience with bad service for Gdex Kota Kinabalu, Sabah branch. I m making online purchase from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, the parcel has been picked up by Gdex on 30/08/2019 and i haven't received it till today (12 days).
Called the office to check my parcel the counter just ask me to wait. Tracking no.: GAM005761778 :(
