sold me $6000 electric couch's that I had a couple months and one died, told me it would be 2-4 week the it was 6-8 now there tell me till Nov. So I then said just bring me a new couch you have to have them because your still selling them. One guy said he would look in to it and call me back in a few min, 4 hours i call and he left for the day never call back. I call again got someone else she said the same thing never called back. called the next day and manager said i was SOL. They have them in store they could bring me another on and replace this one, I sad when part come fix that one and sell it, they refused told me I had to wait for the part for 4 months. I didnt eve have it that long before it quit. Worst customer service ever. They could replace any time but choose to leave me without a couch. I have factory warranty and paid extra money for added warranty, so I have 2 and still have NO WORK.ING COUCH. best hustle ever, im making payment on something i cant use. This is outrages, I will NEVER but anything from you ever again and will tell anyone I know not to either. it just shameful.
