Dear Gameloft Management,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the support I have received for my Asphalt 8 account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my account recovery issue, the responses from your support team have been inconsistent, unclear, and unhelpful.
I gave them all the info which they want, I provided screenshots of my gameplay, provided them the videos that I have uploaded on my YouTube channel and also the transactions from my bank history, I have provided them with everything I have got.
Each time I contact support, I receive a response from a different person, and the guidance provided does not resolve my problem. This lack of consistency and proper follow-up has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
