Hello, tonight around 8:15 I purchased Mario and Luigi brother ship after I learned about a sale so I stopped in my local GameStop at 735 upper Glen Street in Queensbury NY. There when making my purchase with my son I was appalled by how I was treated. I won't be going back to GameStop after my son saw me treated that poorly. I was treated very rudely by the staff. I took my son and went down and there are 2 guys there. I was of course asked to start a subscription and I politely said no. The second person jumped on me and said "that's a pretty good deal I'd say". I looked at him and said "Yeah it is, but I don't shop enough here to use it, back in the day I did but I don't now." Then the guy cashing me out says "it is what it is, when GameStop closes I don't want to hear it". Do as I'm paying it's now awkward. He puts my receipt down and I say "have a good one", and he said "yup, yup.". I look at the other guy and say "take it easy" and he just totally ignores me 100 percent. Who does that. So I leave and as I'm driving away I see the second guy staring at me the whole way as I drive off. Pretty appalling and one can imagine with such a negative experience I won't be going back.
Recommendation: Don't bring children to the Queensbury GameStop at 735 upper Glen street
