GameStop review: Loses games in the mail

I recently ordered a game from Gamestop, and everything looked like it was going smoothly until it came time for the shipping tracker. I ordered the deluxe edition of Expedition 33, which is only through gamestop, and everyone said great things about it. The game was supposed to ship out fairly quickly, in about 2 days. I got an email saying that it shipped, but not delivered to the carrier. Then a whole week has gone by, and still no shipping updates. They have not put any effort into sending out the game, and it was my mistake ordering anything from them to have it shipped to me
