Ordered kids Christmas presents not even a moment after the order was placed I saw the address was wrong emailed and then called and they said it was to late and they could not change the shipping address even though it had not shipped and had no way of canceling it they suggested watching the tracking and sitting at the address they day it showed the shipment was supposed to be there. Horrible customer service outdated system you would never have this problem with Walmart, Target, or Costco

I will never shop at Game stop again!
