This game frequently false advertised and does not give you what it charges you for. Submitting tickets is pointless as most the time they post generic responses unrelated to the issue, the other times they simply close the ticket. Funplus is a massive scam company now hiding behind name of century game since so many people learned how badly they scammed people they changed the name to try to trick them again. No working phone numbers and fake addresses given. The game is also incredibly racist to anyone not living in China. There are plenty of YouTube videos proving how much they scam people and it's also been shown the developers provide specific China based accounts with loads of free stuff that would cost others thousands of dollars to get, they do this to unfairly make others spend so they don't lose everything they have already invested. This company should not be allowed to operate outside of china with all the infinite undeniable evidence given over the years.
I bought a package which I was charged twice for and customer services is refusing to resolve the issue. They say I have received a refund (which I have not and showed proof) and given me a penalty. This has been on going for nearly 3 weeks now.
I would like to know when I received the refund so I can either chase it up or get the misplaced penalty removed ASAP.
I have also informed them I purchased the package through iTunes and they keep telling me to go to google support.
At this point customer service is not answering my questions but keep closing the conversation down. I am unhappy with the way this situation has been handled from the start.

Hi, I have played King of avalan over a month to reach level 19 to receive tapjoy reward. But tapjoy replied your support gave answer that I was ineligible for the reward. I have reached level 19 and created account with my phone number [protected] and my email [protected]@yahoo.com. Im extremely upset with the occurance. App failed to download purchases on 11/28/19. Immediately informed support. Could not make purchases and new attempts said already purchased and would download for free. Only generated a timeout message and never downloaded. Koa support directs me to Apple. Find out that Apple has charged me all failed attempts. They tell me koa should restore purchases. For 30 days nothing but repeat requests to go to Apple and supply receipts. Receipts sent 5 times. Money taken with nothing from support.
Hi I had a problem login in on Nov 11th at 5:55am data error was showing up when I was opening app. So I uninstalled my app and reinstalled my app. Now my main account that is binded to Facebook is not found. I also have 2 farm accounts binded with gmail. I have sent in all the information they have asked and copy of recites snapshots of my estate name of my main account name of airship and gold amount, last time I've logged in. I haven't recieved a answer besides the requirements of what proof I need to show them its mine. I've been without a shield 21hrs now I cant talk to my alliance cause they are in another kingdom. I accepted an offer in WWE Champions to reach castle level 16 in Guns of Glory for a reward. I installed the app through TapJoy's offerwall and launched the game.
I reached castle level 16 but received no reward. I opened a support ticket with TapJoy, who passed the buck to you.
I was denied my reward and told it was because I installed the app through Google Adwords UAC or something. I did no such thing. I did what TapJoy told me to do.
I spent a lot of time and money in Guns of Glory and waiting for support from both TapJoy and FunPlus.
I would really appreciate receiving my reward. I've done what I needed to do.
This is very upsetting as I've been very patient and would like my reward for spending my time and money on Guns of Glory. I want the reward for the trouble, please.

I started an account in Guns of Glory. I spent thousands of dollars on this account maxing it out. The account was hacked and stolen. I provided all information to prove it was my account. They said my account belonged to someone else. I provided receipts for purchases that are linked to that account to include my bank account to prove i made the purchase. Provided all information including others vouching the account was stolen. Customer support has written me off and doing nothing while someone is playing the account I built spending over $20, 000 on. They will not provide me with the contact information for their legal department. They told me to email all legal documents to customer support. They will never discuss anything or assist me in getting my account back.

This is not the first time I have seen an unauthorized in app purchase coming off my account! I did not purchase gold in game, yet I am seeing 2 separate purchases for pots of gold on my account! I want my money back and I want answers! How is it possible that purchases can just happen without me having made them? Has somebody hacked my account? I know for a fact that I did not make these purchases. The game was not even open on my phone and suddenly I get an sms from my bank showing this purchase from guns of glory. In our kingdom 291 we have someone that I know is buying and selling packs to himself and to others the name off the player is Nick unforgiving (HNK alliance B2W) people have complained about this behaviour and nothing is being done about it as nick is not daft he buys some packs from KoA to stop them seeing that he is also buying packs for his account which in return is giving an unfair advantage plus some off his own alliance members have bought packs from him as you notice that a few accounts go from level 30 too level 37, he also has a YouTube channel which I have done a lot off translation and it proved that he is cheating yet nothing has been done apart from a slap on the wrist so I am going to forward this on to all board of directors and will keep doing so till something is going to be done about his accounts.

Would someone please reply to my customer service ticket. You have mis sold and do not appear to be responding to requests for a refund. If you purchase a pack stating specific contents, this is what you expect to receive, not a bunch of other items. Also, the Apple invoicing is not correct. I purchased 2 x £9.99 packs and 2 x £4.99 packs. The Apple invoices came through for 3 x £9.99 packs. This is actually one penny more than I authorised. Small amount I know, but it should never be possible to be invoiced for more money than you authorise. This is fraud. Please reply to me. You have not included a means to reply to me in this complaint ticket so no idea how you will contact me. As it is public I am not willing to include email address. Is this the extent of the customer service?
Spent $4500 through funplus executive celeste arnold and have not received what was promised. Not sure if she is an employee or not at this point. She is out of the netherlands and claims to be head of staff 2protolive is how she signs things. I have screen shoots and bank transactions. Stating all of this and i'm not the only one she has done this to. As soon as large purchases were made she broke off communication and had not delivered or returned money.
I downloaded Guns of Glory onto my iPad and think it's great and good game play and I don't mind purchasing packs up to £19.99 to help me progress in the game. I do however find it out of order that when I purchase and pay for a package For £4.99 and get charge £19.99 and then a further £4.99 all for the same package, I would class this as theft. I have currently taken the game off my iPad and don't think I will return to it. I don't expect to get my money back as I am one little player you don't give a damn about. I would however like a response this time to this complaint as I have had none through the games message service, I will then decide my next action to take.
