My computer crashed and I lost all my infomation... regarding the Sure Shot game... I filed an accounts recovery request expecting a email that never came? realising that I had to go through the game! that I downloaded on to the new computer... thinking I would be back where I was when my computer crashed... BUT NO a new avatar and a new kingdom (what a nightmare) I sent as much Infomation I could remember and copies of my first and last purchases through PayPal along with the origonal photo I was using as my avitar at the time through the new downloaded game request to retreve acounts page in customer support. Since then the action of retreving WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE! I have had to constantly deal with case closed/ case open// casf close/ etc trying to regain this origonal avitar I even provided the new UID [protected] which also has the same name Take That in the new kingdom 10173 wich is also my acount Through this ordeal one of the team members stated they had found my acount and again requested more infomation?proof?so again through the customer support page to my frustration could not upload more infomatio so started another case mumber only to have the page say this is already being delt with PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY ORIGONAL AVITAR or refund me the money that I have invested
