FreshCo review: Moldy cake

We usually do weekly grocery's from this store, but this is the second time this has happened where the store sold us something that had mold and fungus on it. First time we bought bread which we bought straight from the store. We opened it same night and found out it had fungus on it and we threw it out. The expiration date said it was good for another week roughly. This time we bought few of items in which (Mini Marble loaves) cakes went bad before the expiration date. My dad who is 62, highly diabetic and takes insulin ate the (Mini Marble loaves) moldy cake thinking it was good because it didn't expire yet. His blood sugar often drops because of insulin use and he has to eat something a bit sweet to bring it up to normal. Ever since he ate the moldy cake, his stomach has been hurting very badly and his not feeling well at all.
I watched the market place segment where the stores often change old expiration date with new expiration date on baked goods. I suspect this store has been doing the same because this is not the first time this has happened.
I have taken pictures of the product this time and I can forward it.
This is intolerable and I'm very very upset. We trusted FreshCo to provide us with quality food, if not. then at least food that wont hurt me and my family.
