I have been a freedomvoice customer for close to 10 years. The service and support was WONDERFUL before you were bought by Go Daddy. The service over the past year has been completely horrible. Every time I try to use my phone app I have to uninstall and reinstall to make a call. When I call customer service the say that's what you have to do. This is NOT normal. It feels like you have tried to integrate Go Daddy's back end system with freedom voice front in and it's not working and nobody cares that the customers are suffering terribly! One VERY frustrated customer!
