Free ship deals Disappointing Experience with Free Ship Deals: Slow Shipping, Wrong Item, and Poor Customer Service

I recently tried out Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com) and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I ordered something and paid extra for expedited shipping, but it took them what felt like forever to even start the shipping process. I was getting pretty frustrated and decided to try and cancel my order, but to my dismay, I couldn't because it was already being processed.

Finally, my order arrived, but it was only half of what I had ordered. I was pretty upset and wanted to get a refund, but I couldn't seem to reach anyone at Free Ship Deals to get any information on how to do that. To make matters worse, I found out that I would have to pay for shipping it back myself.

Honestly, I feel like Free Ship Deals really dropped the ball on this one. They couldn't even cancel my order when they said it hadn't been processed yet, and then they sent me the wrong item. I'm really not impressed with their customer service either, since I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to get my refund.

Overall, I would have to give Free Ship Deals a pretty low rating based on my experience. I really hope they can improve their service in the future, because I don't think I'll be using them again anytime soon.

Free ship deals Misleading Shipping Estimates and Unhelpful Customer Service at Free Ship Deals

I was really excited to find Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com) because they promised fast shipping in just 3-7 days. I needed to order an item and have it delivered to my vacation address, so this seemed like the perfect solution. However, as soon as I placed my order, I was disappointed to see that the estimated shipping time was actually 14-21 days. This was a problem because I would no longer be at that address by the time the item arrived.

I immediately sent an email to cancel my order, followed by three more emails to make sure they received my request. Unfortunately, all of the replies I received seemed to be automated and didn't address my specific concerns. They just kept promising their "satisfaction guarantee" without actually reading my messages or trying to help me.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Free Ship Deals. Their shipping estimates were misleading and their customer service was unhelpful. I would definitely recommend staying away from this site if you're looking for reliable and efficient shipping.

Free ship deals BEWARE: Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com) - Shady Business and No Refunds!

Yo, listen up folks! I gotta tell you about my experience with Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com). So, me and my homies ordered some rubber gloves from them, right? They said they would ship the next week, but guess what? Three months later and we still ain't got no gloves! We tried to cancel our order via email and phone call during the second week, but they said it would take a month to ship. That's some shady business, if you ask me.

To make matters worse, when we tried to get a refund through PayPal, they refused to credit our account. They said they would review it in the next couple of months! Can you believe that? And to top it all off, Free Ship Deals refused to cancel our order, saying they didn't have to. It's been three months now and they still won't cancel, even though we don't need the gloves anymore.

So, let me tell you, folks, BEWARE of Free Ship Deals! They ain't no good. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Free ship deals Free Ship Deals Review: Unreliable and Disappointing Customer Service

I recently bought two mini band DIY band grinders from Free Ship Deals. I was excited to receive my purchase, but when I opened the package, I found that I only received two sets of sandpaper instead of the grinders. I was disappointed and decided to return the items. However, when I contacted the company, they asked me to return the items to Canada, even though they were shipped from New York. To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional $8.50 for shipping.

After I returned the items and provided a tracking number, I received a proposed reimbursement of only $19.00. I was shocked and felt like I had been scammed. It seems like this company has no intention of becoming a legitimate business and will change their name multiple times to make money off of unsuspecting customers.

I strongly advise against buying from Free Ship Deals. They are not a trustworthy company and will only cause you frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable retailer.

Free ship deals Disappointing Purchase: Free Ship Deals Heated Gloves Review

I recently purchased some heated gloves from Free Ship Deals and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. I opted for the $19.95 battery powered gloves, but unfortunately, only one battery pack actually worked when they arrived. To make matters worse, the gloves didn't heat up at all, no matter how good the batteries were or how long they stayed on. I wasn't expecting top-of-the-line quality at such a low price point, but I did expect some level of warmth from the heating element. I even tested them with various thermometers and found that they didn't heat up at all. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend these gloves to anyone. If you're looking for real heated gear, I suggest checking out Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's instead.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Free Ship Deals was pretty useless. I tried to get an RMA for my gloves, but all I got was useless blather. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product that doesn't work and then can't even get a refund or exchange. Overall, I would say that Free Ship Deals is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Free ship deals Warning: Do Not Order from Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com) - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I gotta say, I ordered from Free Ship Deals (freeshipdeals.com) on December 24th, 2019 (order # 281682), and they took the money outta my checking account on December 26th, 2019. I was pretty excited when I got an email on December 30th, 2019 saying that my order had been shipped and they even gave me a TRACKING NUMBER so I could follow my order. But, hold on a minute, that same email said '12/30 12:27PM Buffalo, N. Y. SHIPPING LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM'. What does that even mean?

I've asked them about the status of my order about 12 times now and I even asked them twice to cancel the order and give me a refund. But, guess what? I haven't received my order, a decent status update, or a refund. It's like they took my money and disappeared into thin air. I wouldn't recommend ordering from these guys. They're pretty shoddy and you might end up losing your money. Be careful!

Free ship deals Freeshipdeals.com Review: Nightmare Customer Service and Misleading Website

My experience with Freeshipdeals.com has been a real nightmare, let me tell you. I placed an order on their website four months ago and I still haven't received it. I've sent them 28 emails asking for help and all I get are these canned responses that don't even address my concerns. It's like they don't even read my emails! I've asked for a refund or a working Customer Service number, but they just keep ignoring me.

To make matters worse, the 800 number they have posted on their website is "temporarily unavailable." Yeah, right. I'm starting to think it's permanently unavailable! I mean, come on, how hard is it to have a working phone number for your customers to call?

After weeks of frustration, I finally decided to take action and contacted the Better Business Bureau. I filed a formal complaint against Freeshipdeals and I suggest others do the same. It's just not right to treat customers this way.

I did some research and found out that Freeshipdeals is actually AN & Associates. I don't know why they would use a different name, but it seems shady to me.

Anyway, I have some good news to share. After I filed my complaint with the BBB, Freeshipdeals finally responded and refunded my money. It's about time! I'm just glad this nightmare is over.

Overall, I would not recommend Freeshipdeals to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their website is misleading. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, look elsewhere.

So, my mother-in-law had a bit of a mishap with Free Ship Deals. She was looking for a multifunctional circular saw and stumbled upon their website. The pictures of the saw were everywhere and it was clearly stated that the package included the saw. Even in the order confirmation, it was stated that she had ordered the saw: "Multi-function Circular Saw ? 1 3 Pcs Blade $29.99".

But, imagine her surprise when she received the package and found out that for USD 30, she only received 3 spare blades and not the actual saw! Can you believe it? She was so disappointed and felt like she had been tricked.

When she contacted Free Ship Deals, they replied saying that she had made an error by not switching to a different type/variant. No apology, no compensation, nothing. It was a completely untrustworthy experience for her.

Free ship deals Terrible Experience with Free Ship Deals: Defective Product and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Free Ship Deals. I was looking for a pair of heated gloves for my hubby for Christmas, and I stumbled upon their website. They had a pretty good deal going on, so I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order and waited patiently for it to arrive. And waited. And waited. It took them three whole weeks to get my order to me! I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

But that's not even the worst part. When my husband finally opened his gift, we discovered that one of the gloves was defective. It wouldn't heat up at all. So I reached out to Free Ship Deals via email to see if they could help me out. And let me tell you, it took them forever to get back to me. Like, 4-5 days each time. And when they finally did respond, they told me that I had to return the defective gloves at my own cost before they would do anything to help me. What?! These gloves are defective, why should I have to pay to send them back? It's not like I did anything wrong.

I asked them if they could just send me a replacement pair or give me a refund, but they refused. They said I had to send the gloves back first. And the cheapest shipping option I could find was gonna cost me at least $10. So now I'm stuck with a pair of cheap, defective gloves that I can't even use. And I'm out ten bucks. Not cool, Free Ship Deals. Not cool at all.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're not good people to work with. If you're looking for a good deal on something, look elsewhere. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

I recently made a purchase from Free Ship Deals, an online shopping site that offers free shipping on a wide range of products. I was excited to find a cute teddy bear that plays music and has robotic arms that lift a blanket in front of its face to play peekaboo. I also ordered some balls of yarn in orange and blue for my knitting projects.

However, my excitement turned into disappointment when I received the items after waiting for months. The arms of the teddy bear were broken and the battery pack was defective. To make matters worse, I only received one ball of the blue color I ordered and the rest were of colors I did not order at all. I was told that they ran out of the colors I ordered.

I tried to get a refund for the defective items, but Free Ship Deals refused to do so without me video recording the broken bear as proof. They also would not refund the yarn without me returning it at my own expense. This was a frustrating experience, and I was left with dreadful quality products and horrific customer service.

I would advise others to be cautious when shopping on Free Ship Deals and always check reviews before making a purchase. It's important to be aware of the risks of shopping on online sites that may be scamming customers.
