if it was an option. I am very disappointed with OverHalfSale and will not be ordering from them again. It's frustrating to wait so long for something that you paid for and not be able to track it. I hope others do not have the same experience as me.

I made an order for a pair of sneakers from OverHalfSale on July 4th and I was happy to receive a confirmation that my order was received. However, when I checked the tracking information, it said that my order was still pending in Tennessee. It's been two months now and my order is still stuck in Tennessee. I have tried to contact their customer service, but it's been really difficult to get through to them. Every time I call, I get a voicemail and they are always away from their desk. I am starting to think that this is a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from this site to think twice. It's really frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, and the lack of communication from OverHalfSale is really disappointing.

So, I recently ordered a jacket from OverHalfSale and I gotta say, it's a mixed bag. On one hand, the jacket is absolutely beautiful. I mean, it's the kind of thing that makes you feel like a million bucks when you wear it. But on the other hand, there were a few things that really rubbed me the wrong way.

First of all, there's no return request form to fill out if you want to return an item. I know the customer service folks insist that there is one, but I looked high and low and couldn't find it anywhere. And let me tell you, no return request form means no return. That's just how it is.

Secondly, there's no phone number to reach the company. I mean, come on. In this day and age, how can a company not have a phone number? If you have a problem or a question, you're stuck sending an email and waiting for a response. Not exactly the most efficient way to do business.

And then there's the sizing issue. I ordered a medium, but what I got was more like a small. And it's not just that the sizing is off - it's that the sizing is off because it's coming from China. Now, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against China. But when you're ordering something online, you want to know where it's coming from. And there was no indication whatsoever that this jacket was coming from China. That's just plain deceptive.

All that being said, I still have this beautiful $92.00 coat. And if you're willing to take a chance on the sizing and the return policy, it might be worth it for you. But for me, I think I'll be looking elsewhere for my online shopping needs.
