I have been verified and using the platform since December 2025. I have cashed out numerous times and completed over 200 offers since I started.
I have just reached my first BIG payout of $115. And now all of the sudden, my account has been hit with “unusual activity” and entirely suspended. I reached out to Customer Support & was denied access to speaking to an actual person numerous times.
I have over $220 that was sitting in pending payout status. I want to be able to cash out the money I have earned. Even if I have to leave the app behind. At no point have I violated terms & conditions.
