In summary, my experience with has shattered any semblance of trust I initially had in their services but I was able to file a complaint against them via ECOBANSECURITIES .IO and I got all my funds back.

My journey with them started on a positive note, with the approval of my first two payouts within reasonable timeframes. However, after requesting my third payout on the 24th of last month, everything took a turn for the worse. Out of the blue, I received a vague and unsettling "Breach" email without any details regarding the alleged violation of their terms and conditions.

I sought clarification but regrettably, despite their promise, I was left in the dark without any proper documentation or evidence supporting their claims.

On the times when I had to ask questions about the PPM, I was lucky to have Krysten help me out. Her help and info have been super useful, and she's got a really professional attitude. She always takes care of any problems that need fixing. Krysten is a real asset to the company, and she deserves some kind of reward to show how much she's valued and how dedicated she is to her job. Maybe some kind of payment or bonus would be a good way to recognize her hard work.

I just started investing with Foxi Capital and Shaun and his team, and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn impressed! It almost seems too good to be true, ya know?

The communication with Shaun and Mel has been top-notch, and they've been super transparent about everything. I can't help but sing their praises. The product they offer looks absolutely amazing, and I've got my fingers crossed for some great returns on my investment.

This company, Foxi Capital, is a complete scam, and they recently started operating in Virginia. It was revealed during an investigation in Virginia that Shaun Fox, the owner of Foxi Capital, illegally mishandled investor funds and used them to pay himself and his staff. As a result, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has banned him from conducting any further business activities. To continue his fraudulent operations, Shaun has hired shadow directors to oversee his companies. These individuals, namely Steve Askew, Joshua Smith, Chris Farace, and KT Nguyen, are all actively involved in Fox's deceptive investment schemes.

To make matters worse, Mine Enterprise Lending and Foxi Invest have now taken over where Foxi Capital left off. It is crucial to steer clear of these criminals and avoid any involvement with them. They not only stole my family's hard-earned money but also collaborated with Responsible Entity Services (RES) to perpetrate this massive scam.

Earlier this year, you reached out to me and mentioned that a 10% "good will" payment would be made due to the failure of your previous project. You had kept my invested funds for a whole 6 months without paying any interest. Back then, you assured me that the payment would be made within 2 weeks. However, since January, you have been coming up with all sorts of excuses as to why it hasn't been made yet.

The truth of the matter is that you still haven't made that interest payment while my funds were just sitting there in my account. I'm still patiently waiting to be paid.

To be honest, I think you might be a little bit delusional. In one part of your reply, you claim that I am not entitled to the interest payment, but then later on, you mention that you have sent me a "formal confirmation to pay." Well, guess what? I'm still waiting for that payment.

I don't understand why you bring up my other investment, which is not even the issue here. Are you trying to salvage some credibility?
