I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Freecash account and the unjust denial of my earned rewards.
I invested a significant amount of time and effort into completing an offer, reaching approximately level 640 as required. This was not a minor task — it required consistent engagement and a substantial personal time commitment.
Despite fully completing the requirements, my rewards were not credited. Instead, I was informed that my account or activity was denied following a review, with the reason given as “fraud.”
I strongly dispute this decision.
At no point did I engage in any fraudulent activity. I followed all stated rules and conditions of the offer. The accusation of fraud is both vague and unsupported, and I have not been provided with any clear evidence or explanation to justify this outcome. This situation is extremely frustrating, as I upheld my end of the agreement while Freecash has failed to honor theirs. I am requesting the following:
Claimed loss: £300
Desired outcome: £300 paid as advertised and as I was under the impression I was being rewarded for for my Work by a Freecash.
