I was attempting to verify my account so I could be paid. I am not sure if it was this company that I uploaded my id to but I know I sent a selfie after I uploaded my selfie I attempted to get money sent to PayPal it send that they were having a problem that my account was frozen. I have contacted support and have not gotten a answer yet it has been 3 days.
Desired outcome: My account unfrozen and my funds sent to my PayPal account

That happened to me too.. I have over a 100 dollars in returns I’m waiting for..
They put me as top 1% and said it would be easier for me to contact them, they haven’t responded for almost 3 weeks… I really would enjoy that same outcome.
I tried to withdraw $10 yesterday and my account was frozen. Sent a message, received response that some one should be contacting me soon. After 16h, no response. Sent another message today and still havent received a response.
