Free Cash – Offer not paid when completed, and ticket submitted

I completed within the time frame 2 offers for researching lvl 10 on "Mergest Kingdom" an app that they are in charge of for paying out "rewards" for completing. I submitted 3 screenshots time stamped, and clearly showing my user ID, and level 10 being attained. I went ahead and reached lvl 11 since they denied me, and was credited for the "reach lvl 10" 5.00$ offer. So it was completely false. I have submitted proof of everything below. They waited 13 days to REJECT my tickets. This is false advertising, deceptive, and an abusive business practice. To entice me to spend 20 hours playing a game, to not pay what you said you would is fraud!
