Fox Pest Control review: Services to remove wasp infestation

We had two wasp nests where the wasps were swarming. We hired Fox to eliminate the problem. The arrived, sprayed and charged double what we were quoted. Then the problem began. Fox services only made the wasps mad and now they were swarming anf several got inside the house. I called Fox and told them their services only made the wasps mad. They said it would be two more days before they could send anyone out. Even when I told the Fox office that we had prople in the house alergic to wasps stings, they still refused to send anyone. We had to hire another extirminator who took care of the problem with one visit. Fox not only charged double...they didn't take care of the problem they were hired for. They also refused to give me my money back. I give this company zero stars. Terrible service, terrible offer staff, and terrible customer empathy. This company is terrible...period.
