Fox Pest Control review: Unprofessional and outrageous

I hire Foxx over a year ago. Originall all went well. A few months back they called me stating I needed inspection. We set date waited all day , no one showed up. I called in only to be told there was no appt made. Last week on saturday paul called set an appt, again we sat home all day 2 days ago. Again no one showed up. I called got an AI recording. I want to speak with someone. I finally got a human. Oh stand by ill connect you with paul. I waited waited then someone said he will call you back. I waited an hour called back. Oh stand by. I waited on hold, I get recording please complete 2 questions, then got disconnected. I called back again the AI crap. IO finally got a human. Oh paul is in meeting ill message him. Again I waited no call back. I again called in AI again. I get a person. I say when you put me on hold I get disconnected. Im so upset I say cancel please. They charge me 250 for early contract cancellation. I will not recommend this company as they ruined 2 full days as we waited for appointments they made
