On 2 separate occasions, I was scheduled to have work done at my home. In both instances I took time off from work. The first time, the contractor never showed and I was never contacted. The 2nd time, the contractor showed but only partially completed the work due to him not knowing the scope of the work to be completed. We have tried to contact the manger "Fred" and have been assured he would contact us, however, we have left numerous messages and no response. Company tried to collect payment on the service, even though the work wasn't completed. Very unprofessional.
Claimed loss: Two days of work and hours of frustration dealing with an unpleasant rodent problem
Desired outcome: Complete the job and compensate for the lost time from work and fire Fred as he is absolutely an awful company representative.
