I have been using Fox Pest Control for 4 years
I have been using Fox Pest Control for 4 years. From the very start, I have had them treat the outside, inside the basement and laundry room and the Shed outside that is attached to my house. I always have to schedule an appt on a Sat that I am off, so I can let them inside the house. I arranged to have them come on Sat. 7/30/22 between 9am-12p. I live at the end of a dead end and have clear visibility to the front and back of the house. When someone pulls up, I know it. My car was in the driveway. I waited and waited and at 12:15p when no one showed up, I called the company who told me they came at 9:15am.I told them I was home, I kept looking out the windows in anticipation of their coming. The protocol is they call 30 min's before to let the customer know they are on their way. I never received a call, they never came inside, nor did they go into the shed to treat the shed. They are demanding full payment of $156. I cancelled any further treatments and graciously offered to pay half the amount for a partial treatment. I work 6 days a week and my time is limited. They told me they could come back another day, but would not give me a more exact time they would be there, therefore, I would once again have to waste half a day waiting around, when I already did that. They are refusing to take partial pay for a partial treatment and expect me to commit to another half of a day waiting. I refuse to do that and am willing to pay for the partial treatment in the amount of $78. Again, they are demanding full payment and expecting me to be at the house without a specific time of their arrival other than a 4 hour window.

I had a contract with Fox Pest Control to provide service and upon the end of the contract continued on a quarterly-scheduled basis
I had a contract with Fox Pest Control to provide service and upon the end of the contract continued on a quarterly-scheduled basis. I moved and rented my residence in Dec 2020. When the company notified me of a scheduled visit on March 1, I emailed them to cancel, and instructed them that the tenant would reschedule at their earliest convenience, which they acknowledged on March 2.On March 15, I received another email of a scheduled visit. I emailed the Fox Pest Control and asked them why I was receiving another scheduled visit. They replied that "People automatically get rescheduled and then we send out reminders. We have a note that the tenant was going to reschedule with us." They asked for a phone number to reach out to the tenant, but I did not provide them the contact. To my surprise, they went out for service on March 18 and sent me an invoice, despite my email a few days earlier. I was enraged, and on March 19 sent them an angry email asking why my instructions were ignored, and to justify why I should settle that invoice. Out of good will, I agreed to pay that particular invoice. They conducted another unauthorized visit on June 14, and after that I had had enough. I refused to pay for this (2nd unauthorized) *** and they have threatened me with collection. As I pointed out to Fox Pest Control in my email when the first dispute happened on March 19, I was not a fan of their push marketing strategy. Since then, I have ignored their calls, and they have attempted to use that as an indication of my avoidance of responsibility. Why should I communicate with them when my instructions get ignored anyway? I have attached a snapshot of the relevant email correspondence.

I requested service from Fox Pest Control 2 years ago and called last October to cancel it, but issues arose.
I requested service from Fox Pest Control 2 years ago and called them last year in October to cancel the service. They asked me many questions why and finally agreed to cancel it. However, the technician still showed up in November when no one was home, provided the service, and left a note. I was informed the service wasn't cancelled and had to explain why I wanted it stopped. After doing so, they agreed to cease the service. Yet, they required a final payment to terminate the service and account. I paid, believing it was the last charge. The technician appeared again in February 2022, left a service note, and when I called, the company wanted to restart the cancellation process. I refused to pay, having cancelled the service the previous year. The original agreement was for one year, then pay-as-you-go. I seek help to end the service, charges, and future contact from this company. Below is the email I sent in November to request written cancellation: 'Cancel my account. Home, Mon, Nov 22, 2021, 3:52 PM to Fox. Please cancel my account. I was not informed of a pending visit and could not be present for the treatment. I wish to cancel my service at this time. Thank you!' I have saved the email.

Fox pest control went out to my father's property in November spoke to him and agreed on one application which included inside and outside of the house. When the technician came out to the house he could only spray outside of the house since my father was sick the technician would not enter the house due to the pandemic. My father is an elderly man and had completely forgot he was still owed an application inside the house. He didn't hear anything from fox pest control till April 2022 when they stated he owed a balance. That is when my father informed them the job was never completed and he was still owed an application inside the house. They agreed and came out and completed the inside application. They again called him about his balance and he informed me to contact them to find out where to send the payment. I spoke to someone on April 27 informed them at that time he did not sign up for multiple applications and what did he owe. I was told his balance was $48.71 I agreed and told them I would send in payment. Now again he is getting harassed saying he has a balance. I called and spoke to fox pest control and stated the check was cashed on May 5 he should not have a balance. Now they claim a technician came out on May 10th for an additional application. Only thing they could show as proof that technician was out to the house was a note saying what was done no time on this note. I can not trust them since they already shown me they are deceptive since they signed him up for a plan he never agreed on. If they did in fact go to the house on May 10th that was an error on their part and my father should not be responsible since I told them on April 27 he only wanted 1 application. Shame on this company taking advantage of an elderly man.

On 1/14, I called Fox Pest Control regarding a mouse
On 1/14, I called Fox Pest Control regarding a mouse. I spoke with Jamo ***. He said the tech could be at my house that afternoon and the charge was $179 after he applied a coupon from their website. He also provided me with a quote for Home Protection and Bee/Wasp. I agreed that he could provide quotes but did not e-sign documents he sent via email. The $179 was charged to my *** and I paid it. In February, my *** was charged $55. I am disputing the charge. I sent an email to Fox Pest Control on 2/14 requesting any "services" they have me listed for to be canceled and I wanted a confirmation. I also called and left a voicemail on 2/14 at 7:04PM. On 2/15, *** resent the links Jamo *** initially sent me. I called again on 2/15 at 12:55pm and spoke with another representative. He did not want to cancel any "services/plans" and said if I have 2 mice, I have ***. He was trying to scare me. After talking a little longer he said he canceled both. At 1:48pm, my phone rang but I was in a meeting and did not pick it up. My phone rang again at 1:53pm. I was still in the meeting but thought Fox Pest Control was calling to provide the cancelation number to confirm I would no longer receive charges. When I answered the call a man began talking. It took me a little bit to realize it was Jamo ***. He had a harassing tone when he spoke. I said I would be glad to speak with his manager because I thought he was upset. I didn't want to get him in trouble, I just wanted to make sure my account was closed. He refused, he kept talking. I set the phone down because I was taken aback by his behavior. He mentioned that I received treatment and I agreed I received the initial visit but I did not want the quotes for future services. He mumbled something, I asked him what he said but he hung up.

The company came to my house once and I paid 270 dollars in the initial contract
The company came to my house once and I paid 270 dollars in the initial contract. The employee was at the house for 5 minutes and set up mouse traps and left. I told the employee I believed there was something more than mice in the basement. He said that would be in the next visit. Between that time the employee was let go from the company. I didn't hear for several weeks from Fox and they said I owed them more money. There was never another visit or a set time they were coming to the house. I spoke again to a receptionist and in the background I could hear a manager talking about a coupon that would be allowed for the next several visits because of the handling of my account. I keep receiving automated phone calls saying I owe a ***. So the coupon and the 270 dollar contract I guess doesn't account for anything. I was supposed to get 3-4 visits for the 270 dollars and they have only been to my house one time. I asked to close out my account use the coupon they were giving me apply it to the *** and be done with it. The receptionist hung up on me because she didn't like my tone. I never used expletive's towards her but I did voice my frustration towards the company. They have not upheld their part of the contract and I would like resolution with a closed account and no *** owed to the company. I would like it in writing and assurance that the money owed does not go to collections. Also I do not want anymore automated calls to my business phone interrupting my time as I am trying to do business throughout my day. Also, the mice remain in the traps they never came back to remove them from our home. Again I want to be clear I do not feel I owe this company any money. They went to my house on one visit took 270 dollars from me and have not performed any other services for me. I want a partial refund say half of what I paid.

I called Fox Pest control on Saturday 3/19 to make an appointment to have someone come to my home for a rat that we had suspected was in our vent. The first appointment available was on 3/21. I was informed at the time that the cost to remove any animal would be $195 and that if the animal couldn't be removed, they would make a recommendation on who could help and there would be no charge. We were asked to provide a credit card to confirm the appointment. The tech came at the appointed time and informed us that he suspected the rodent was in our wall. He gave us bait traps and deodorant and told us someone will follow up in two weeks. My husband asked what the charge would be for today's service and was told it would be $64. I later received an email informing me that the cost of the first home protection plan installment would be $195 and that the autopayment will be deducted monthly. I immediately called customer service. I was told I signed up for a monthly services, which i did not. I told the customer rep exactly what i stated above and she informed me that they "do not provide one-time service calls". I immediately informed her that this was not made clear when I made my appointment and had i known I would not have continued with scheduling an appointment. I specifically made the appointment for a one-time incident. I also asked for documentation on how I signed up for recurring service plan when I was not informed nor did I sign anything- I was not given an answer. I told customer service I wanted to cancel reoccurring plan immediately and she told me I could not cancel the plan without paying the first installment of $195. I asked to speak with a manager, but have yet to hear from anyone. I believe this is fraudulent and misleading business practice. I did not sign up for recurring services, nor do I expect to pay $195 for the first installment, when we were informed by the tech it would be $64.

Canceled my service after one year which was 4 visits in which all had problems
Canceled my service after one year which was 4 visits in which all had problems. The first visit and the reason I called fox pest control was for *** ants, I needed a follow-up visit because the ants were getting worse which I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with they canceled and was told it's going to be 2 more weeks in which I had to take care of the ants myself and buy my own products. I also never received the service in which they go through the crawl space and knock down all cobwebs. On my second visit in the fall, I asked if they could put out mouse traps and bait stations before the harvest of the cornfield next to my house in which I was told it's an additional $25 for each trap or bait station. Again I just took care of the problem myself it's ridiculous to pay $25 for a mousetrap. On my third visit, the technician put some sticky in my crawl space in which he left the paper covers in the crawl space which easily could have clogged and ruined my sub pump which would have resulted in flooding of my crawl space. I have a camera in my crawl space to monitor the water level which is how I noticed the garbage left behind in my crawlspace. On the fourth visit, I asked for them to treat for wasps but they only treated the areas that currently have wasp or common locations that you point out to them. However, the wasp just moved their nest several feet over, which was treated and never solved the issue. And in order to have Fox pest control come out and treat again there is a 2-week minimum in which I cannot wait that long in which a customer or one of the kiddos who are allergic to bees and wasps could get stung. I again had to go out and purchase My own supplies and spray the wasps myself. After all of this, I called to cancel in which I was charged $150. I am very disappointed because I went with Fox pest control based on the recommendation of two friends in which I clearly received a different level of service in which they did

Your representataive, Robbie Davis came to our house on June 5, 2025 to talk about the Fox Pest Control applications. He was very knowledgeable about the product, was friendly, polite and courteous. We are sorry we are not in a position to do this now, but we wanted to let you know what a good job Robbie Davis did.
I hired Fox Pest Control for a monthly service call. They remove money from my bank account , but fail to make monly vist as agreed upon. I have canceled account, but last month they contyinued to withdraw from my account.
they claim to be from rochester.when i called customer service they said they are in omaha or something.tech came here sprayed something for ten minutes and claimed he put granules down and the whole treatment which he didnt.asked to have a supervisor come back out to inspect...not even a call after 2hrs...do not use.!
They auto schedule and it’s difficult to get a weekend appt. They don’t give you a time frame. They say they will call 30 mins prior. They don’t. They blame you, your phone, anything but themselves. Terrible snooty customer service. And there were always still pests in our home.
I want the price that I was quoted by Jeppson — or let me cancel with no fee. This company is not honest.
Fox Pest Control was in our neighborhood attempting to take on new customers. The manager was Ryan Jeppson. This manager provided cost quotes and we signed on with them. Jeppson said cost would be paying $49.00 a month for 11 months a year then said 12 months a year. Per year $549.88. Signed a 3 year lockin. It then turned out to be $600.00 for 4 services. The office was called and a person said that Jeppson should not have done that. The company will not honor what the salesman said the price would be. The company wanted to charge a fee to cancel the service. Jeppson who was a manager out right lied as what the real price would have been. If he would have been honest I would not have signed on. If this is the kind of things that this company does, then stay away from them as they are dishonest and not trustworthy. I want what Jeppson
said would be the price. — this contract was signed on 08/04/2022.
