Fox Pest Control review: Sales pitch not matching contract terms/extreme cancellation policy.

After speaking with the salesman who came to our door thought I had purchased a summer season pest control service at a cost of $197/year.

After receiving a second bill for $197, a few calls and reading the contract now realize I purchased a year-round service billed quarterly, close to $800/yr. Don't think pest control is an issue with very many in fall and winter, especially in South Dakota.

Final nail in the coffin, a $300 cancellation fee if cancelling before 2 years.
