Fox Pest Control review: Replacement of damage boards

I had a contract with Fox Pest Control to spray my house for pest since 6/16/2022. In 2024 I had Fox come out and spray for carpenter ants all over my deck and showed the what looked like sawdust below my garage door and front door and also on my back deck. In the summer of 2024 I had a tech come out and I showed him a face board that was eaten by carpenter and or termites. The tech told me it was not bugs it was water damage. I had the board replaced. Starting in the spring of 2025 I started having more damage to my deck. A tech came out and I showed him all the sawdust. The tech stated he didn't know what it was from, he didn't see any holes for bugs. The tech brushed it away and sprayed the area. In the fall of 2024 another tech was sent out and I showed him all the wood damaged by carpenter ants and termites. On 6-05-26 I called Fox and was told no one would be sent out, someone would be out to collect the termite stations that my account was closed.
