2/18/26 I called the location for a reservation and was transfered to the auto system. I tried to use the automatic reservations but could not understand if it allowed for the hospital discount as I was in Little Rock after my daughter was ambulanced there is an emergency. I call back to the hotel and begged them to make my reservation for me as I did not understand, I'm sure the stress was a factor. I gave me information to the person on the phone, including all my credit card info. When I arrived at the hotel about three hours later, I was told that there was no record of my reservation. I redialed the number that I had given my information to and the clerk on the other desk answered my call, just to proved to them that I had talked directly to them. Upset that I had given my card info to someone who now had full access to it, I was alarmed and fearfull of the opportunity of fraud on my account.I choose this location because you have a hospital discount and shuttle and I thought I would be safe.
