Please avoid this company. I ordered a dog collar back in Feb. 2016 that was "lost" by UPS. I asked this company for a replacement for the one they lost and as of today May 13, 2016 I am still getting harassing emails from this company. This company is unprofessional and a scam. Please do not waste your money or your time with them. Jennifer
