I had a really bad experience with EvaChic, let me tell you. I'm from Hong Kong and I ordered a Tury Burch jacket from them. When it arrived, there was no tag on it! Can you believe that? I was so disappointed.

So, I contacted EvaChic and they said they would accept my return. But, when I sent it back (which cost me around USD30 for speed post), they rejected it! They said it was late and asked me to get proof from the Hong Kong Post that the delay was caused by the flight restriction or restricted service.

I was so frustrated! I had to run around my house to find the evidence they wanted, and when I sent it to them, they still didn't honor their word. It's been almost a year now and they still haven't refunded me or returned the jacket. Can you believe it?

The customer service officers at EvaChic were so rude to me too. I have the email thread to prove it. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't stand by their word and treats their customers poorly. I wouldn't recommend EvaChic to anyone.

While I appreciate their prompt response, I am disappointed that my order has not yet been shipped and that I have to wait even longer for my delivery. I hope that my package will arrive soon and that this delay was just a one-time issue. Overall, my experience with evaChic has been less than satisfactory due to the delay in delivery.
