Car left in service as seen at home garage floor small amount of water
Lik e if AC had been on, Dec6th dropped off call back later said';
Was Cracked Manifold Ok 1, 198.00 Dec 11 2018 repair was done, That day Mechanic was in service bay said"he did 5 mile test drive, , has a little miss
Ok you can drive it". I remember thinking why is he standing their watching me ? Backing out Vibration in car body bad, then I see enginme light on WHAT! out of service with engine light on WHAT ?
I manage to get home, not far getout of car I see water pouring out of tail pipe
Good greaf? what di they do to my car.
I called back, next day I went back, Vince Service manager, had my appointment. He lifted hood started engine in side withg meter some kind ?
said "cylinder 6 3 5 are miss firing and oh ! number 8 is pending ?What is a plug on pending .i call him to back of car, Look Vince waterpouring out of tail pipe ".Vince " Oh that will stop soon a watwer drians off engine "/What
what water ? I said Vince I never put any water in /on any engine and if I did would not be coming out of the tail pipe". She also said"engine light will go out then too." THis man is making me sick he knows nothing.
Offered if I come back a Free Diagnostic test " So they never did one to find cracked manifold ". They likely over heated engine to find leak and
at differnt Ford dealership I was told "car has a blown head gasket"
I asked how did that happen ?only one way, over heated engine.
That is cost of 2, 423.19 for CYLINGER NUMBER 2 Vince Blown Head gasket. I paid Ford for cracked manifold and aI leave with a blown head Gasket No I will not suffer this dirty treatment senior lady no one drives my car and NEVER have I over heated engine, and if that happened before i dropped car off why did FORD mechanice not find it,
It was done in service center at Sun rise Ford .

Been telling this for 5 months My car was destroyed at Sun Rise Ford Dirty Service Manager
lied to me .
