Ford review: rude advisor

I brought my truck in to get fixed. when pulling out from parking spot or making U turn to the left the wheel feels like it skips or something is broke. I toke my truck to Crown Ford which said they fixed the problem and I am still having the same issue. So I took my truck to Queens Blvd service center on 92-12 170th street Queens. The advisor was rude about me waiting with my truck but I have a 7am appointment and I was the first customer in how many customers can be ahead of me. I had no problem waiting. The advisor told how long and wanted me to leave but I wanted to wait he was rude and said then take your truck back to who ever else worked on it. I used to use that same service center for my 2003 Expedition. They put 2 new control arms on that truck in 2014 I think it was. Now I have a 2017 Expedition and want to be comfortable with a trusting Ford Center and was treated rude by the advisor. I just made an appointment with Crown Ford in Lynbrook NY for 9/10/2019.

Need my truck in good condition and safe for my family.
