I understand that I live in Alaska and that shipping may take longer than usual, but their website clearly stated that shipping would take 4-8 business days. However, after reaching out to them numerous times, I was informed that it would actually take 4-6 weeks for my shoes to arrive. This was quite upsetting because I needed the sandals for an upcoming vacation.
