ShoeShow Wasted my money

I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.

They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).

I followed their instructions about returning the item.

The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.

Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.

I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.

I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.

I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.

The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.

Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

ShoeShow Its the staff of Encore in Oakland Mall Troy, MI 48083

Today is March 17,2024 It was 2 PM Shoe Dept. ENCORE my loyalty number is [protected]. I bought 8 pairs of shoes and its hardfor me to carry 8 boxes with me, so I went to the front desk to get a trolley. I saw one trolley so I took it, but nobody was there, all of a sudden a woman name Irene shouted at me. She told me not to get that trolley inside, theres only one trolley that was there. I'm doing this complaint not to be repeated to other customers especially he or she is a manager in the department. thank you for your immediate action. Some customers are looking at her and to me., so feel embarrassed I even I told her sorry for taking the cart to put the 8 boxes of shoes that I bought.

ShoeShow Shoe/refund

Hi I wanted to make a complaint on Shoe Show Gonzales, La [protected]. I brought the shoes on November 30, 2023, and my daughter came home and put it on, and it was too big for her. I went there the next day and the lady who was in there told me I had to come back when the manager was there. I don't understand why she couldn't handle the return if she claims to be the assistant manager. I then came back the next day and the same lady who was there stated that she would be there (which she stated that she would be there for 12:30PM) which she would not there for 12:30 so I came back around 2:30PM or 2:45PM and she stated that it had a mark on which I stated to the assistant manager I think it was on the shoes when I purchased it because it was on top of the box. I was told I couldn't get a refund although I had my receipt or get another pair of shoes. I will not go back there because I don't care for the service. Mates checked by: K.W. (who supposed to be the manager.). The other two so called assistance manager is just there to be a body if they cannot take care of any issues such as refund. ShoeShow Boots

I ordered boots on October 26th and received them on October 31st. Unfortunately when they arrived there were two left boots. I was told to reorder and they would be delivered to the nearest store and I could return the wrong order to the store and make the exchange. The new order was placed on November 2nd and I haven’t received them as of today which is November 10th. I’ve tried calling customer service that was absolutely no help! I have a tracking number but can’t seem to find the location anywhere. No one seems to know where the boots are. I’m very unhappy with this transaction and with customer service.

ShoeShow Shoe show in laurens sc 29360

I went in to your store in laurens sc to buy 4 pairs of shoes! And I was in shock of how the employees conducted thereself... First of all there was an employee that had no shoes on. 2nd they was complaining about not going to be able to leave on time cause the could not get there truck put up because people kept coming in. Every one of them looked like they was high on something. I was very disappointed and decided that I was going to take my business elsewhere... I will not be back in to that store until it is cleaned up...

ShoeShow Disappointed with Limited Supplies and Outrageous Shipping Fees at Shoe Show, LLC

Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a store that I have been shopping at for many years. However, I must say that I am disappointed with their limited supplies of certain high demand items. It can be frustrating to find something you really want, only to discover that it is out of stock. Additionally, their shipping policies are quite outrageous. They charge $11 to ship anything under a $50 order off their website, even if you have it shipped to their store. This means that even a small item like a purse can cost a fortune to ship.

Despite my loyalty to Shoe Show, I have decided to start buying my shoes and purses elsewhere. I simply cannot justify spending so much money on shipping fees when there are other stores that offer more reasonable rates. I hope that Shoe Show will reconsider their policies in the future, as I would love to continue shopping with them. However, until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

ShoeShow Unhappy with Shoe Show, LLC: Misleading Pictures, Poor Quality, and Costly Returns

So, I decided to order a pair of Converse shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) in my normal size. I know that sometimes Converse shoes can run small and tight, so I was a bit worried. Unfortunately, when I received my shoes, they were a size too big! It was so frustrating because they felt and looked like a size 8 instead of a 7. I was really disappointed with the quality of the shoes, and the pictures on the website were definitely misleading.

When I tried to return the shoes via mail, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the return myself. Can you believe it? As a paying customer, I was really upset that Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) would make me pay for the return. To make matters worse, the cost of the return was half the price of the sneakers! It was unbelievable.

Overall, I was really unhappy and unsatisfied with my experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com). The quality of the shoes was cheap, and the pictures on the website were misleading. To top it off, I had to pay for the return myself, which was really frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ShoeShow Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) Review: Two Different Shoes in One Flip Flop Order!

So, I just got my order from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) and I gotta say, I'm not too pleased. I ordered two pairs of shoes online and when I opened the box, I found that the flip flops I ordered had two different shoes in it! Can you believe that? I mean, come on Shoe Show, get it together!

I tried calling customer service to get this sorted out, but they didn't even give me the option to hold. Nope, they just sent me straight to a messaging system. Like, seriously? I'm not trying to play phone tag here, I just want my shoes! The only other option they gave me was to email them, which I did, but who knows how long it's going to take for them to actually respond.

In the meantime, I'm out money and stuck with a useless pair of shoes. I mean, what am I supposed to do with two different flip flops? Wear one on each foot? Ugh, this is just ridiculous. I expected better from Shoe Show, but I guess I was wrong.

ShoeShow Disappointed with shoeshow.com: Poor quality product and packaging

I recently made a purchase on shoeshow.com for a pair of Skechers Energy shoes. When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the shoebox was in poor condition. It was torn up and held together with tape, which made me wonder if the shoes were even new. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the tissue paper inside was also torn and wrinkled, as if it had been reused.

To my dismay, the shoes themselves were not in great condition either. The insole was already bulging out of the shoe, which made me question the quality of the product. Additionally, the laces were not even tucked into the shoe, which made it obvious that they had been used before.

As a paying customer, I was not satisfied with the condition of my purchase. I feel like I wasted my money on what looks like a garage sale find. I do not appreciate receiving a product that is not up to my standards, especially when I paid good money for it.

Overall, my experience with shoeshow.com was not a positive one. I will not be ordering from this site again in the future. I hope that they can improve their quality control and ensure that their customers receive new, unused products in good condition.

ShoeShow Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com)

I ordered some shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) and it's been a whole 5 days since my order was completed. I was really excited to get my new kicks, but it's been a bit of a letdown. I got an email 4 days ago saying that my items had been shipped and that they came with tracking numbers. But when I checked the tracking numbers, they didn't give me any information about when my shoes would arrive. All it said was that UPS had received the package and that they would update the delivery time later.

I'm pretty frustrated about this whole situation. Shoe Show says that it will take 5-7 days before they even send the shoes to UPS. That's messed up! I ordered online because I can't get to a store easily, and now I'm stuck waiting for who knows how long. I don't have any shoes to wear in the meantime, and I'm not happy about it.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from Shoe Show again. This experience has been a real disappointment. I was hoping for a quick and easy online shopping experience, but that's not what I got. I'll be looking for other places to buy shoes in the future.

ShoeShow Misleading and Frustrating: My Experience with Shoe Show's Online Ordering System

So, I was looking for a new pair of shoes and decided to check out shoeshow.com. I found a pair that I really liked and placed my order. However, two days later, I received an email saying that my order had been refunded. I was confused and frustrated because there was no explanation given for the refund.

I decided to call the number provided in the email to find out what was going on. When someone finally answered the phone, they simply said "hello" and gave their name. I had to ask if I had reached Shoe Show to make sure I had the right number. The woman on the other end then told me that there was nothing that could be done about the shoes I had ordered because they were either damaged or couldn't be found.

I was really disappointed with this experience. I don't think it's right to have items listed on your website that are unavailable. It's misleading and frustrating for customers who are excited to receive their order. This has never happened to me before and I hope it doesn't happen again in the future.

ShoeShow Disappointing Customer Service at Shoe Show, LLC Store #55

Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a store that I recently visited, specifically store number 55. I had a few things that I wanted to buy, but when I arrived, I noticed that many people were ready to pay and no one was at the front area. I walked around a little more and noticed that some workers were trying on shoes while on the clock. I asked if someone was working up front because people were ready to pay, and one worker told me that they were on break. I then asked for the manager, and she also said she was on break but guessed she would help during her break.

I must say that I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received at this store. The workers were rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they were not interested in helping customers. I even called on Monday 10-31-16 to speak with someone named Steve, but he was also rude and not helpful at all.

As a result of my experience, I have decided that I will never go back to this store again to buy another shoe. I will also be letting others know about my experience so that they can avoid this store as well. It's a shame that such a well-known store would have such poor customer service.

ShoeShow Shoe Show, LLC Review: Good Selection and Prices, But Express Shipping Not Worth It

Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) is a website that offers a variety of shoes for all occasions. They have a lot of options to choose from, and their prices are reasonable. However, their express shipping option is not worth the extra money. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes and paid extra for two-day shipping. I received a tracking number, but when I checked it on the UPS website, it only showed that the label had been created. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I contacted customer service. They told me that if I didn't receive my items on the day they claimed they would have them to me, then I should contact them. I was not happy with this response, as I had already paid extra for express shipping.

Tomorrow is the day they promised my items would arrive, but I have no confidence that they will actually arrive. The tracking number still only shows that the label has been created, and I have not received any updates since then. I am disappointed in the lack of effort that Shoe Show, LLC has put into my order. I paid extra for express shipping, but it seems like they did not prioritize my order at all.

Overall, I would recommend Shoe Show, LLC for their selection and prices, but I would caution against paying extra for express shipping. ShoeShow Nightmare Experience at Shoe Show, LLC: Unhelpful Workers and Refusal to Pay Medical Bills

I just want to share my experience with Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com). I had an accident in one of their stores and it was a nightmare. The workers were not helpful at all and they blamed me for being careless. They refused to give me any information about their company and they even refused to pay for my medical bills. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If you ever enter one of their stores, be careful and keep your cell phone on. If you have an accident, make sure to take pictures and get the witness name. Do not trust the workers in the store because they will not give you a copy of the incident report. This company is very shady and their stores are faulty. If they are shady in the store, then they will be more shady online. This is especially concerning because you are trusting them with your financial information.

Overall, I rate Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) very poorly. I will never shop here again and I would advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

ShoeShow Zero Stars: Unprofessional Customer Service from Shoe Show, LLC

So, my boy got these shoes from Shoe Show, LLC (shoeshow.com) for Christmas. He only wore them for a couple of months, not even every day. And guess what? They still look like they're brand spanking new! So, I decided to go to the store to see if I could get them replaced. But, they told me to contact customer service instead. So, I did just that.

I talked to the customer service folks and they were pretty nice and accommodating. They said they'd take care of it and get the shoes replaced. So, I sent them some pictures of the shoes. But then, I got an email from them saying that they couldn't find that exact shoe anywhere. And since I don't have a receipt, there's nothing they can do. I mean, come on! I emailed them back and told them that I'd love to get a receipt, but I don't have one. The shoes were purchased for $55 dollars. But, it's been two days and I haven't heard back from them. This is ridiculous! They're so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Zero stars from me!

ShoeShow Hey dude size 13

My grandma went to shoe show in royston Georgia yesterday and bought a pair of brand new hey dude shoes for 71.26 and it's her first time going to show show in royston Georgia and she bought the wrong size of shoe for my 71 yr old grandpa and she wants to return them but she doesn't remember where the receipt is to return the shoes and she used her debit card to purchase the shoes. So I called the shoe store and explained the situation and the lady said rudely that my 74 yr old grandma can not bring the shoes back and get a full refund and had a disrespectful attitude and hung up the phone. Please let me know what she can do and we will not be coming back to the store. I'm joey her grandson thank you

ShoeShow Tommy Hilfiger flip flops

There was only one clerk working I assume and I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store and wasn’t able to obtain help in my size and selection! When I got to the counter the clerk was ringing up a prior customer and when it was my turn I told her I needed the left foot flip flop and she rudely stated she had to get it from the back. When she returned to the register she rang them up and the price was higher than what was the sticker that was on the box. After sitting in my car for a few minutes fuming I returned them! The store is a mess and no one to work the floor! That was my 1st time and my last in that store, Pascagoula, MS #1708!

ShoeShow Customer service

Hello I was in shoe dept.encore.on 7/2/2022 store #1920 in Dothan, al

When I got ready to check out, no one was at register or even in store up front. I began to look for cashier. Took about 10 min. I proceeded to walk towards the back of store where I saw a door , half way down a young lady, white Caucasian.

Came through door talking on phone. She acted like she did not care. Itold her it was bad for business to leave store unattended. She told me with the nastiest attitude she had to pee and don't no ody want to work and she is by herself and I'm sorry.

Good help hard to find. She shouldn't be running your register.

Desired outcome: Need apology and for store to have proper staffing.
