Food Network review: Dishes

I bought my daughter a set of 12 dishes by food network at Kohl store in Fort Myers, Florida only a year later all the plates and cups are chipped. They should last at least a year, right?
Is there a warranty on these or do we just give them to goodwill? Hard to believe you but something nice and it only last a year. If I don't get a response I will put this information on the internet. My email is [protected]@aol.com
