I spoke with a woman at corporate.. Her name was Rachel, and she said she would get the message to the district manager, Chris Thorn. I am going to try to email it to customer.service@foodlion.com and customerservice@reply.foodlionemail.com. My name is Bridget Carballo, my number is [protected], and my email is [protected]@gmail.com, I was at Food Lion and I was approached by a young male Hispanic worker named T.J. he walked up and starting rifling through my bags, and he said to me are there Red bulls in these bags, I told him no that the Red Bulls were still sitting on the counter and I had not rung them up yet. As I finished ringing up my groceries, the young man stayed at my cart and watched me ring up everything I had and as I went to pay he walked down to customer service, I approached him as I was leaving and told him I did not appreciate being humiliated in front of a packed store and he just snickered, I asked to speak with the manager, Mr. Mcmillon and he said he would handle it, but I went back to the store and I called back and Mr. Mcmillon said he had to get both sides of the story, this is way to much to write, I was treated horribly by your employees, your managers. It was degrading, and I have never been treated so badly in my life.
Desired outcome: I would expect that Food Lion would take this very seriously and see that the people involved are at least suspended. They should also have to go to customer service classes to see how customers are supposed to be treated.
