I purchased a Samsung Monitor Gaming Curvo Samsung Odyssey G5 LC32CG552 | 32'' on 23 February 2024 at the FNAC shop in the Vasco Da Gama shopping center in Lisbon. I placed a warranty claim in January 2025 as it had a black spot in the top left quadrant of the screen. On 24 February 2025 I received and SMS with this information. "Dear Customer, we are waiting for the repair slip and other accessories to finalise the process [protected]. Thank you, Fnac". On 27 February 2025 I called FNAC to follow up on progress and was informed they still waiting for the product being sent back and they will let me know when its in the shop. On 3 March 2025 I called them again and was informed the monitor is unrepairable and they can give me a refund or they can contact the supplier to hear if they can replace it. I requested them to contact the supplier. I am still waiting for feedback on this. Here is the problem. I have been more than lenient with this call. The refund I was told will only be the amount of the product when I purchased is as it was on a discounted price. When I queried the reason for not replacing the monitor with another Monitor Gaming Curvo Samsung Odyssey G5 LS32CG552 | 32'' | QHD | 165 Hz they have in stock. They said its because the model is different. Why is there then a Warranty of 3 years on the products if you cant cover products on the warranty? This is false advertising. I cannot be penalised for purchasing a product on special and then if there is a problem not being refunded the full price or have it replaced with a equivalent product.
Claimed loss: Today 13 March 2025 I have a productivity loss of 45 days. Refund will have a €50 minimum financial loss replacing it by buying a Samsung Odyssey G5 LS32CG552, I lost confidence in FNAC able to honor the warranty on any product purchased
Desired outcome: All I want is for FNAC to replace the faulty monitor with the equivalent Monitor Gaming Curvo Samsung Odyssey G5 LS32CG552 | 32'' | QHD | 165 Hz or refund me the full price enabling me to replace the monitor.

Please let me know what to do to report such a fraud case. so far I have simply changes my FANC account password.

My order EMZ54FJBBCBVI was paid for (€ 42,92) by bank transfer (IBAN) on 18 November 2024, and on 21 November I received a message from SAV Facturation FNAC that the payment had been received and the order passed on to dispatch. (I still have copies of this e-mail correspondence).
Since then I have received no further communication, and it has proved impossible to contact FNAC on any of the options on its site.

Scanned by this product online have a written confirmation from apple that it’s a scam and fnac is currently not responding to my constant pleas of a return and reimbursement please help ! I ordered it a week ago on fnac.com in France and after it arrived I was unable to connect it to my apple iPhone. I then decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris where a technician checked out the issue for me. He couldn’t connect the watch to my phone either Basically we just couldn’t set it up so he suggested to me to get a reimbursement from fnac in one of their shops maybe and show the letter by apple . I did go to a fnac shop but they refused to help me and she’d me to call or email customer service. After which I did that too but customer service e inisists that since the product has been bought by a particular seller it is him who must accept that the product dosnt work and reimburse me. At this point I have no solution and just want a quick reimbursement thank you

I ordered the watch online on fnac.com to pair with my original iPhone 14 brought from apple. It’s the first time I bought an Apple Watch to connect with my iPhone though I have been an iPhone user since years I bought the watch now. After it arrived I tried to pair it several times with my phone but it dint work. I also asked many friends who use both Apple Watch and iPhone both to pair it with their phones but it dint work either.
Then I decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris opera. One of the apple technicians there checked out the watch for me. It took over an hour after which the finally I was informed by apple that the product would have to be sent to their factory for further investigation and in case the issue needed to be repaired I would have to pay for it at my own expense and the cost could go upto 300 euros. So they told me go to to a fnac shop and ask for a reimbursement if I wished as I am protected by the consumer protection act the product having been ordered by me barely a week earlier and being under a warrantee for 2 years more. After this I went to a fnac shop in chatelet and they refused to do anything telling me that I had ordered the product online so I must try to resolve it online. Online I spoke to fnac customer service who were rude and dint give me any satisfactory answer when I’m just asking for a simple reimbursement as the product just does not work I even have a letter from apple confirm in this for now I’m in a huge crisis as I’ll be travelling soon and I have no solution how to get my money back yet.
