FlyWorldClass.com This company is a total ripoff

This company is a total ripoff. I had a flight scheduled for last month, but because of covid restrictions, I had to cancel. They charged me almost $1100 and now they won't reply to any emails asking who I can contact for the rest of my refund. They took the money directly from my bank account, so I'm still waiting for thousands of dollars to be refunded. The flight got canceled on 29 July, and it's now October 13, and I still don't know when I can expect my refund. They might have taken advantage of me once, but I can promise they won't see a penny of my money again. My wife and I fly to China once a year in normal times, so they're losing two loyal customers. I gave them one star because there wasn't an option for none.

FlyWorldClass.com is a sketchy company with a bunch of sneaky rules. When I first booked my trip, they gave me the option to buy insurance for an extra $600. I thought it covered cancellations and trip mishaps. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Europe trip because of the pesky COVID restrictions. That's when I discovered a couple of things: a) there's no actual insurance, that $600 is just a fancy way of prepaying their outrageous $595 per person fee for changes or cancellations, and you don't get a refund. Your money disappears into thin air! Instead, they give you flight credit, but here's the kicker - you can only use it with their company. And to make matters worse, the "credit notice" they sent me specified a country where I had to fly to use it, but it wasn't my original destination or a place I ever mentioned wanting to go. I'm not sure what to do now, but I wanted to warn you all. It seems like I've lost a whopping $7k!

FlyWorldClass.com I bought knee braces from Elenker at FlyWorldClass.com

I bought knee braces from Elenker at FlyWorldClass.com. When it arrived, there was no paperwork included. Unfortunately, the item was damaged. I tried to return it through Amazon, but a message appeared on the screen stating that the item was not eligible for return. The package did come with an assembly brochure, which had a phone number for returns. I tried calling ***, but nobody answered. I left my number, but no one has called me back. Additionally, the online website is currently unavailable. The return address provided is *** Flyworld LLC ***. I paid $90.00 for the braces, but I am hesitant to send them back without any kind of paperwork.

After all the calling and emailing I did, I think I should get back $3600 that I paid for a flight that got messed up because of covid. There was also a change fee that they didn't follow through on. I've been trying to sort out this credit or get a refund for the past year, and the communication about it has been getting worse and worse. The original flights were with *** airlines and *** airlines. Finally, after 2 weeks of trying, I managed to get in touch with the agency yesterday and told them that if they keep ignoring me, I want a refund, especially since my credit is expiring in 4 days. I tried reaching out through text, email, phone calls, and even social media. Eventually, my contact got back to me and we agreed that the best solution would be to extend the credit for at least a year if a refund is absolutely impossible. If not, then we can talk about rebooking. Later on, he sent me a new itinerary for rebooking that cost an extra $800, but I said I wanted to stay within the credit amount ($2998). He told me that's all he could find. I asked if he looked into extending the credit, but I still haven't gotten a response. I also let him know that I reached out to *** like I said I would. So far, I've also contacted *** and found out that my flight was actually with Air Canada. Nobody ever mentioned Air Canada to me before that email. I called Air Canada and they said the ticket was refunded to the airline, which I also didn't know. I don't know what kind of shady stuff is going on behind closed doors, but I don't want to keep doing business with a company that can't be honest and communicate properly. I'll include the invoices and itineraries, and I have screenshots of emails ready too. I want a full refund of the $2998 I paid for the booking fee because of the flight interruption caused by a natural disaster, the poor communication, and the lack of cooperation. I also want the $595 reprocessing fee refunded because of the inconsistent market, poor communication, and the inconvenience it caused me while I was working.
